Hex-section pins (KO pins) to form an internal hex or eject the part while maintaining angular orientation.

Technical reference image. The quote takes into account your exact standard, size and drawing.
Hex pins act as ejector (knock-out) pins or forming pins of hexagonal section inside the die. As ejectors, they push the formed part out without letting it rotate; as forming pins, they imprint the internal hex in nuts and bushings. The six-sided section provides angular reference and good load distribution.
Made of high-toughness tool steel or carbide, with ground faces and length adjusted to the ejector stroke. KS offers the line in various sizes and replaces the item, which wears naturally because of its ejection function under pressure.
