The YH15 oil pump is the lubrication peripheral that delivers oil to the friction points of the cold former — guides, bearings, slides and the blow mechanism. Constant lubrication at the right flow rate is what prevents premature wear, overheating and seizing; on a forming machine, which works under high cyclic load, the pump is a critical maintenance item for line availability.
It is a peripheral replacement item: KS supplies the YH15 model pump and related lubrication items to keep the cold former protected and producing. Keeping the pump in good order (and a spare in stock) reduces the risk of unplanned downtime.
