Finger/gripper that transfers the part from one station to the next on progressive cold formers (transfer).

Technical reference image. The quote takes into account your exact standard, size and drawing.
The transfer finger is the gripper that holds the part and carries it from one station to the next on multi-station progressive cold formers. It ensures the preform arrives centered and in the right orientation at the next die — a precise transfer is what makes it possible to produce complex heads in several stages with no lost parts and no off-center blows.
Made of treated tool steel, with contact jaws/inserts sized for the part and adjustable for clamping force. KS supplies the finger according to the cold former model and replaces the item, which wears from repeated contact with the part.
