Holder/base that secures and drives the transfer fingers, maintaining synchronization and position in part transport.

Technical reference image. The quote takes into account your exact standard, size and drawing.
The transfer finger holder is the base that houses and drives the transfer fingers: it secures the grippers, maintains alignment between stations and transmits the synchronized motion of the transfer mechanism. Without a rigid, well-adjusted holder, the fingers lose synchronism and the part arrives displaced — generating scrap and marks. It is, therefore, a structural component of transport precision.
Machined in treated steel with ground seats and guides, sized for the cold former model. KS supplies the holder and replaces the holder + finger assembly keeping the factory fit, which preserves the dimensional stability of the process.
