Double-action (double-blow) machines strike two blows at the same station: the first preforms and the second finishes the head, allowing more complex geometries and better fill without overloading the material. This tooling — punches, cases, dies and double-action mechanism components — is sized for cold formers in the FA-5 to FA-20 range and equivalents.
Each part of the set is made of carbide or tool steel depending on the load, with fine adjustment between the first and the second blow. KS supplies and replaces the tooling by machine model, maintaining interchangeability with the original set — critical to keep the part within dimension.
