Under this line KS groups the set of working punches used in the cold forming of fasteners: stamping heads, opening recesses (simple slot, Phillips/cross, Pozidriv), forming six-lobe (Torx) sockets, one-way and special profiles. They are precision tools that define the functional geometry of the fastener — the interface through which the assembly tool applies torque.
The portfolio ranges from micro screws (electronics, optics, connectors) to structural fasteners, in KS, ANSI, DIN, JIS and ISO standards. Made of carbide or tool steel depending on the application, with a mirror finish on the material flow surfaces. KS works by drawing and by sample, ensuring continuous replenishment of your line's wear tooling.
